The honest answer; we haven't coded them yet. the development of free themes takes time, nearly 8 hours each. Thats a full days work. We dedicate about one day per week to the development of free themes. If you see one you like that isnt available for download yet, we'll bump it up on our list for development if you send us an email; support [at] legalwebsitetemplates.net.
